BHRT for triple negative?

I am interested in balancing my hormones which are definitely on the decline.  None of my doctors are willing to write me a prescription for bhrt.  Anyone know where to go for this?

    I HAVE SPENT THE LAST SEVERAL MONTHS RESEARCHING AND SEEKING BHRT, JUST HAD MY FIRST ROUND OF PROGESTERON AND TESTOSTERONE THIS PAST FRIDAY. AM VERY EXCITED ABOUT GETTING GOOD RESULTS.

    If a person is triple negative, hormone replacement therapy is supposed to be of non-effect.  I am also a triple negative and I never heard of BHRT.   What is it?  I am really interested.
