need treatment info for IBC

Hi All,
My Mom has breast cancer, which spreaded to Lung,Liver & Bone. Dr said, They cant do surgery and can continue with only chemo. Dr. Said, She may live 6-12 months. Is there any other treatment?
Please help me.
