Belated Happy Father's Day

Just a belated Happy Father's Day wish to all of you co-survivor dads out there.  I was talking to a dad yesterday who has a wife who just had surgery last week and they have a little toddler girl.  I suddenly realized that he hadn't really even had a minute to relax and enjoy Father's Day and we just went out to have a quick coffee and get a 15 minute mental health check.

 I know that it is just a Hallmark holiday and some of you have heavier thoughts on your mind, but as a fellow co-survivor dads, I raise my glass in a toast and salute your efforts to help your loved ones. 

  If any of you know of any dads out there going through this...don't forget to give them a little pat on the back too.
