chemo or hormone therapy or both

My girlfriend just had surgery to remove a tumor in her armpit. This was the third time in 23 years she has had breast cancer. They removed 19 lymphnodes and 2 were cancerous. She has one oncologist suggesting chemo would not be effective and wants to do hormone therapy and radiation. The other oncologist insists on chemo, hormone therapy and radiation. She is scared and confused. She would rather not go through chemo if she doesn't have to. Does anyone have any thoughts?

May be get a third opinion- that will make the decision for her.  But, she should follow her instincts.  She sounds like a fighter- do some research and get the onco-type test done.  Tami
