Prayers, Blessings & Wishes for Saint

I think it is OK to tell of an amazing 'unfolding' that is underway for our own Cinderella, do to the fairy godmother of the internet and BCO.
Due to Cinderella/Molly posting her initial singing with her father here for us, one of our members was so touched by the song & Molly's voice, that she forwarded the link on to her friend who is a college professor of music.
The professor friend of our BCO sister indicated that indeed, as we've all known, our Cinderella is truly talented. After a series of PMs back and forth. The professor has been able to reach out to Cinderella thru her father.
There are conversations taking place about the possibilities that are unfolding in the future.
I know that Saint is thrilled to have her lovely daughter's talents recognized.
We will see where this leads and how it unfolds...........
I don't want to unveil the conduit's identity without asking for permission, but wanted all the Saint-sisters to know what a benefit this thread has been to their whole family.

And yes. On Sunday, as we returned from a whirlwind weekend from WI to Alabama & back, we arrived 'home' with me in a total case of exhaustion in time to get to the marina for sundown -- to be greeted with a rainbow, seemingly right to our front door.
Pat is happy. Pat is whole. Pat is smiling.

Exactly one year ago, right about now, Saint's big bucket-list RV had arrived here in Door County and we were beginning to show them around.
I can't tell you how much I miss her. I feel so fortunate for having spent those gazillion hours together on the phone, since last year's fun.
Our Molly will leave for Scotland in just under a month. There's still time to get her some spending money, if anyone is able.

Hugs Faith. What a feat it is for our dear talented Molly to go to Scotland. I so wish Saint was here to see it and to see her off
-
kmmd, Saint has the best seat of all to watch Molly
Faith, I can't imagine the depth of your hurt, because I did meet Pat and form a tenth of the bond that the two of you had, and I know how much it hurts me. Hugs buddy -
marlegal, you are right about that!. More accurate to say I wish she was here because I'd love to hear her be excited about it.
-
Not been around much but you've been in my prayers. So glad that Cinderella is going to be in Beautiful Scotland as intended. I was praying and hoping for that to be confirmed here. Thank you Faith.
My brave Daddy passed a year ago, late May, and I can honestly say I feel his love and belief in me and his support each and every day, and all his values and his opinions are in me to guide and inspire me.
Cinderella, sending you my bestest peachy vibes daaaaling.
hugs to everyone here and extra dose of peachy vibes and prayers for an unforgettable time for Cinderella.

All I can say is THANK YOU.
Without your generous contributions, I'm not sure if I'd be going on this trip! I am not sure what the grand total is, but I think I'll find out when my dad hands me the money to take over there. A week and a half from now I'll be in London with a bunch of teenagers. Oy.
I always find myself coming back to this site whenever I miss my mother, which is usually every day. It just sucks a lot. I started going to a grief group with a bunch of teenage girls who have lost a parent, most of them to cancer. I think the healing process can start aaany time now. I hope so.
I discovered what my first tattoo is going to be! I am planning on getting 'forever strong' in Irish Gaelic over my heart in honor of my mama. We'll see!
Anyway, have a great day and THANK YOU!!!
-
Cinderella, sweet heart.
Thank you for checking in with us and giving us the countdown for your departure. Of course your mama is beaming down from heaven with pride -- as you move forward toward this amazing adventure. We will all rain our collective pride on you, on her behalf.
I'm glad to hear you describe your participation in the grief support group. I hope that it does indeed provide support, insight and the knowledge that you are not alone in missing your muchly loved, loved-by-us, loved one.
It's a seriously rainy day today in Door County, but last night was a very rare, two sail-boat sundown. I kept thinking where's Saint to spot me for the birds? There's not a sundown I savor without thinking of your family together here in our midst.
She made such an impact on everyone she encountered, Molly. Even the folks sharing the sundown on the marina were engaged in conversation with her in the matter of a blink. Your mama is forever in my heart. There are so many times when I have conversations with her, especially so while we're up here.
Reflecting her deep love to you. Today & always. Travel lightly. Take a picture of a European cat for her. She would want you to savor this trip. Every tidbit & morsel.
All my love.

Molly, we all miss her but we know that she was so proud of you and your brother. Have a great time in Scotland. I'm glad we could help you get there. Not so sure about the tatoo though........
-
LOL at Flash about the tatoo ... Molls, just remember - most tats are permanent, so think long and hard dear child. You honor Mom every single hour of every day by the way you live ... there's no need to show strangers a tatoo, just show them your heart dear child and in that, they'll get to meet Mama. Some of us here were able to toss a few bucks toward your Scotland journey, but every single woman who comes to this site gives you their heart and their prayers and their love and their wishes for a wondermous trip .... savor every precious second while you're away. We can't wait to hear from you every and any chance you get. Many hugs and much love sweet Cinderella.

Here's a picture of our Cinderella -- as she prepares for her international departure:
I think that it's safe to say, "She's lettin' her hair down."
xx00xx00xx00xx
Travel safely my dear-heart.
We all wish you well in the adventure at hand.
-
Cinderella, thanks for checking in and updating us. Have a wonderful trip, we're all thinking of you
-
Molly, can I have a little bit of your hair? Have you seen my pics??? LOL Just can't wait to hear updates from your trip dear dear adopted daughter

-
Molly,
I don't know if you are still over "here" but have sure been having you pop into mind so much this week. I hope the trip was or indeed is all that you imagined and more. And that you had some much deserved "time out" from your grieving procees to just embrase all the good and all the joy that is still all around you and destined for you. I hope you had a brill brill time!
Thinking of you, very fondly indeed lovey. I hope you don't mind us saying the undeniable and the obvious but it can never be said enough. Your mama is just bursting with pride as ever, fom above, each and every day.
It's after midnight here, so if your are on my side of the pond and reading this, i'll say as I say to my children.
"Bonsoir, bonne nuit, beaux reves!" (Good evening, good night, sweet dreams)
xx big hug

Shiny, your post prompted me to go check Molly's FB status.
She posted on Friday, "is currently en route to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival after a whirlwind London experience that included the Tower of London, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, a West End production, and very good food. Inspired. Happy."
My bet is that she is still very much on your side of the big pond. So keep sending those good vibes from your side.

This from Molly, 23 minutes ago:
"opening night in Scotland was FANTASTIC!! probably the most fun I've had onstage in a couple of years. missing my friends and family, but this trip has surprises and inspirations at every turn. love."
-
Thanks lovey for the update. Faith.
big hug to you, to Molly and to all the girls on here.
BTW Faith. You have my phone number, which you dial minus the 0 when in the uk. So if you think Molly ever needs a cheap chat, she can always call me and I will ring back (it's cheaper then ringing the states!) just in case she gets to feeling like chatting and everyone is at work or something. Am away on the week end thaugh.
You take care.xx Sending soft peachy gentle vibes to all.

I hope the time Molly is in Scotland goes slowly for her sake so she can Kodak each and every special moment in the memory section of her brain. I'm soooo happy she made it there and is having a great time. And a big WOOO HOOO to the BCO sisters who made that possible - this site rules

Miss Cinderella has returned safely to the US of A as of last night. She is pulling some photos together to share. She said, "words are not adequate" when I asked her to describe her experience.
Thanks to each and everyone who helped make Saint's dream for her daughter a reality!!
