Is "Nuclear" a very important histologic feature?

I just read a material about an Oncotype clinical study, talking about 3 x "Unfavorable histologic features", which are : Intermediate or poor nuclear, histologic grade, or lymphovascular invasion.

So seems "Nuclear" is the most important in grading comparing with mitosis and tubules? Can any knowlegable ladies try to explain to me why Nuclear is so important?
