And having to clean and/or peal all the veggies & fruit...What are your thought's/changes is any?

    HI Lisa

I did change my habits somewhat and plan to change even more. I don't eat much red meat at all anymore, I eat only organic wild fish, and some chicken. I have given up dairy and only eat small small bits of sugar. I try to stay with mostly whole grains and fruits and veges. Its difficult but read the "the China Study" by far the best info on eating and cancer. It was fact based on much research. I also made changes because of all the weight issues that come with going into menopause early. I feel better although sometimes have to deal with the blood counts.

    Good luck

    LIsa,

I changed my eating habits. I was too tired to wash the veggies so I switched my diet and went to cooked veggies or things that could be easily peeled. My nutritionist suggested chicken breast as the preferred protien source. It worked pretty well for me through chemo.  I didn't change weight and I didn't ever get sick.  I will say I don't think I can now look at a can of peaches packed intheir own juice ever again.

    Good luck to you.

Lisa,  I too have changed the way I eat.   I wouldn't say I'm a vegan, but pretty close to it.  I also take lots of supps and am trying to work some exercise into the mix.  Best wishes.  Tina
