How do we add a avators to our name? I have a cute picture and tried to add it into my preferences but it just doesn't work. Thanks

Lady4law - go to "my home" and there is a button to push for "add picture" that should put you on the page which lets you download a pic/avatar.  Good luck.

I did that but it said my photo was not in the right form, it is a jpeg file.

Save your photo as a JPG- that may be the problem!

There may be a size limit, too.  I don't remember for sure, but I think the pic won't work if the file size is too large.  (I'm pretty sure there are instructions about that, but darned if I can remember where they are.)
