Fat Necrosis from nuclear dye?

2 days prior to my radiation treatments ending, I discovered a lump in the radiated breast. Went to see the BS again, he felt it was fat necrosis from the nuclear dye injection for the SNB and he ordered a core needle biopsy. The pathology came back confirming his thought. He said he will not remove it since I already had 3 lumpectomies on that breast. Was just wondering if anyone else has experienced fat necrosis from the dye?

Could be!  I have a large lump that radiation seems to have caused.  I thought maybe it was a radiation 'hot spot'.
