Multi vitamin or individual vitamins

Options

I finished radiation in March.  I have not been taking any supplements until just recently I started taking vitamin D.  I was looking for others without soy.  Today I went to Vitamin Shoppe since they had them online that didn't have soy.  Anyway I took the list with me from my dr.'s website but I failed to take the amount for each with me.  The person in the store suggested a multi vitamin.  So that's is what I got today.  I also got CoQ10.

So my question is do most of you take the vitamins separately or as a multi vitamin?

You can't get everything you need in one pill. I take 10 capsules or tablets and I should probably add a couple more.

I take my power pack of vitamins/minerals...which includes a multi-vitamin, multi-mineral, 2 calcium, 1 digestive enzyme and one super food antioxidant.  Then I also take D3, CoQ10, Zyflamend, turmeric and DIM

Also, some vitamins should not be taken together.   I dont have an exact list, but perhaps someone else can add information for you.  Your hospital or care center should have a nutritionist available to discuss also.
