Question(s) regarding IBC

Sorry to keep bothering you guys on here but I have found this site to be great help through my "scare". Little info for those who haven't seen my other posts, I am 21 years old and 2 weeks ago I started developing a red bump that resembled a bruise on my right breast just above my nipple. This bump was also accompanied by pain and swelling as well as my breast feeling warm to the touch in the area the bump was and a rash underneath my breast. I went in to see my regular doctor, she felt around and didn't feel any lumps INSIDE my breast but was concerned about the bump on the outer part of the breast. She explained that I was having 'classic symptoms' of IBC and while it was rare for someone my age to get it she wanted me to be checked to make sure. She also put me on antibiotics to see if it's just an infection inside my breast tissue.

Fast forward to now , a week later. I go for my mammogram and ultrasound tomorrow and while the bump has faded drastically almost to the point you can't really see it when I press on it, it still feels like a small knot underneath the skin (Something I didn't feel before) and my breast is still somewhat swollen and I have the rash underneath my breast that comes and goes.

Sorry for dragging this out so on to my question, for those of you who had the bump(s) did it disappear and come back or does it stay? Also same question regarding the rash that some describe, is it a rash that comes and goes or does it stay and not clear up at all? I'm also having sharp shooting pain in my breast but it's only when i'm laying on my right side. I'm just trying to find some glimmer of hope that it's something else and not breast cancer.

Sorry if my wording confuses anyone, I'm still a nervous wreck and finding it hard to put into words what I mean. and sorry for bothering you all when you all have your own problems to worry about. Thanks for taking the time to read.
