If you have a way to store juice without air in the jar, by filling it to the very top, then it does have a shelf life in the fridge.  I read a story about freezing vegetables and fruits, and they say some nutrients are lost but not a lot.  Air is the real killer of nutrients in our foods.

I do the juicing for my mother and she is following the Gerson diet. You do get used to it and the juicing does not take long at all, as long as you have a good juicer. We make 2 jugs of juice in the morning. One with the recommended fruits and the other with the recommended vegetables. It makes more than the recommended 13 glasses per day. That along side with immune boosting supplements we got from a homeopath and intravenous vitamin c treatments from the same homepath. These treatments really do work for a lot of people and is so worth a try. This is your life. My mother is going through chemo at the same time as doing all this and I am so thankful to say she feels amazing! Never felt healthier. We attribute most of that to the vitamin c intravenous therapy, but the juicing  and the immune boosters and following the Gerson diet, play a huge part in that. She hasn't needed to take the Zofran that she's supposed to be taking for the pain, thankfully! Best of luck with everything. I know it's very difficult and it does mean a change in routine, but if there's a chance it could really help you in the end, it's so worth it.
