Bonjour! Thanks for the compliments! Alas bought it in Florida (mad dash before chemo for a little sunshibe) and no website.

Wigs.com is a very good place. I went to cheap stores to try styles so when the time came I was ready with the exact style I wanted with more quality - you want to invest so it lasts!!!

FYI - super comfotable, not hot, not itchy , and synthetic hair not to have to fuss with styling.

I fooled EVERYBODY in the office lol. Don't let them talk you into anything expensive either!

I did go to a saln on Peel where they were duper nice and had some in my price range but more choice in the US...

Do join the conversation with us January girls - really worth it!!!

Hi Montrealers! On the topic of wigs, there is a lovely place on Langelier called Les Anges de la Coiffure. They have both synthetic and natural wigs and are one of the few places that can style synthetic wigs for special occasions. I bought two wigs from them, one of each, during my period of hair loss and loved them both. :)

hello fellow montrealers! Did not see that this thread is actually active now.

I just finished chemo, had my second surgery BMX in feb and have rads coming up.

I am also being treated at the J. Chemo wasn't that bad. I had AC 4 times. 2 wks exactly after I had the first chemo, the hair fell out in big chunks. I was not traumatized. I bought a wig beforehand and I wasprepared.i did get an expensive one which I prob should not have got but it looks real. I then went to hope and cope office and got a free one for a change of look. I also got one online on Amazon for 15$ and it looks great.

The eyebrows slowly fell out. It wasn't until after my 12th taxol that they all fell out with the eyelashes. Using a brow pencil was much easier than I thougth and they looked real. I even bought glue ons but never used them. A few wks later they r full again and I'm wearing mascara again!

Not sure why I am so excited about mascara but I am feeling so crappy after surgery so I'm being happy about the small things.
