Is IBC painful????

Hello,

Posted last night but forgot to ask is this IBC painful????  I was up most of the night with lots of pain in my breast,  Hurts to have anything against my breast.  My breast is so red looks like it could bleed.  It really is starting to make my whole body feel sick.  If it is cellulitis or mastitis how long till the antibiotic kicks in and I see improvement?
