Peau D Orange on Areola

Hi everyone!  Hope everyone is going well....I have question about peau d orange that I was hoping you could answer.  If you have Peau D Orange on the areola what does it typically look like.....I know it looks like an orange peel but would it be visible at all times or just when nipple is stimulated and areola is wrinkled?  Would it be a solid patch of thickened skin or could it be scattered such as 2 small bumps around the 12 o'clock postion that has noticeable pores, same kind of bump at the 9 o''clock and 3 o clock position none of which is visible  until the skin of the areola wrinkles.
