mum wants reconstruction

Hi everyone, I'll get straight to the point. Mum had 3 tumors (multipul tumours) 1 found on the cheast wall..she had a grade 3, so not that good, it has been a year today that she finished her chemo and after she had radium...I and she are worried, I so wish that we had a crystal ball to say that it would never come back, but the fact is it could and to be honest with all the above facts of her tumours is it  more lightly to come back???? Getting back to the point, I have read of women with tumours that have come back on the scar line and my point is if it does and she had an implant how would she feel or know the lump was there?? I know I sound stupid, please help!!!!
