Foster Home for Dog

I have a 10 year old, sweet, spoiled Cocker Spaniel that I have to keep fostering out.  He has been with a family but they can not keep him any more.  He can't be kenneled, even if I could afford it.  He has some incontinence issues, mostly seperation anxiety.  Sometimes I put a diaper on him.  He is my comfort and my life.

Can anyone help me by fostering my dog for up to 3 months?  Even if it is part of the time.  He is on special food and meds for allergies and has s mild incontinence issue.  I provide all food, meds, etc.  I want to keep him close so I can visit him.  I do not have a car right now.

I was a career woman but have lost everything.  Was forced not to work in order to have coverage because I had a little temporary alimony.  It's done.  I get $352/mo. for public assistance, not enough to live on.  With luck, I wil have a Disability Appeal Hearing in late summer.  I am trying to find a part-time job.  I have limitations and can not go back to my old work.  I am deeply depressed, which does not help.
