    Kim,

The beginning is the hardest...trying figure out all of the details of your cancer can be overwhelming.  Looks like your diagnosis may be similiar to my own...Stage II, Grade 3, ER/PR +...I also found out after my surgery I was HER 2+ as well as 1 node that was positive.  It has been over a year since my diagnosis and my best advice is to do whatever it takes to get through this.  A good cry in the shower, coffee with friends, naps in the afternoon...just concentrate on you!  It is not a pleasant journey...but having been through surgery, chemo and radiation I am glad I did it.

I wish you the best of luck and things will calm down (I know it sounds crazy right now, but they will).  Once I had a game plan in effect on what I needed to do I felt more in control of this crazy thing!  Look on these boards...there are lots of survivors out there who are living life and loving it!

Try not to worry too much.  I know it is hard.  Once you get a game plan in place you will feel better.  THen you can set goals and know what is happening, it makes you feel more in control.  I felt more in control after my surgery when I knew all the facts for sure.  Peace to you, Tami
