Cancer Cells Between Lymph Nodes

My sentinel node biopsy indicated no cancer in lymph nodes but there were cancer cells between the lymph nodes which my oncologists said was a rarity. I have had chemo but no radiation. Has anyone had a similar report on their lymph nodes and what was your oncologist's opinion.
