Nasty rash or IBC?

For the second time in 3 months, I woke up feeling sick and achey and discovered a red rash from my collarbone to my waist including my breast that had early stage IDC 2 1/2 yrs ago.  Last time I went to my PCP and she prescribed cortisone and rash faded in about 10 days.  She thought it was a reaction to the flu and sinus infection I had.  Going to my onc tomorrow. Does this sound like IBC?  Any insights to relieve my worry?

Get it checked, but it sounds like a yeast infection to me. Tami
