Lymph Nodes

I had a lumpectomy in Oct 07, stage 1, er pos, her2neg. No node involvement. I just had my annual MRI and got the results today: lymph nodes have changed in appearance, more "round". And this is on my right underarm not the left which was the lumpectomy side. I asked what this meant and was told it could be a number of things. Needless to say I'm freaking out. Am scheduled tomorrow for an ultrasound for the nodes and am also having a stereotactic biopsy of the right breast because the mammo from last week showed microcalcifications. Has anyone had this diagnosis w/underarm nodes? I'm much more worried about the nodes than the microcalc.
