Has your breast form size changed?

I had my mastectomy in 1/08, had chemo and finished radiation in 6/08.  I actually had the fitting for my breast form between chemo ending and radiation starting but 3 months after my surgery. As it worked out, I didn't wear the form until summer, 2008. Well, I am the same weight now but the form does not seem to fit as well now.  It may be partly because I am a D cup; used to wear an underwire and now am only permitted to wear a soft cup bra.  But the scar seems to have really receded (which is great!) but the form fits differently and slides.  Is it common to have to be refitted several months after treatment is over? Any suggestions??  TIA!

I had a partial mast, 5 years ago, while gaining and losing weight I have ended up with 3  sizes of prosthesis forms, my insurance pays for 2 mast bras a year and a prosthesis every 2. I think may be common.
