Had re-excision today and....

I had my re-excision today for a magin that was not clean (maybe 2, not sure) still whoozy from anesthesia.  When I woke up in recovery I was in a lot of pain and still am.  Dr. is aware and she apoligizes but said it was from reopening existing healing incision and that she took a goodly amount.  I am in a lot of pain and needed to take my Darvocets since coming home earlier this afternoon.  Never took one with my lumpectomy, Tylenol did the trick.  Has anyone else had re-excision and more pain than the original lumpectomy.  My lumpectomy scar is a bit wierd and large as she wanted to save my nipple the first time around.  My nodule was at 11:00 and quite deep in my chest, hence the fancy do-dad incision that I had.  Starts on mid right side of breast goes up and around the top of the nipple and starts going back to middle of left side almlost to where the breast joins the sternum. Ouch, I hurt!  She bandages you up "tube top" fashion so I can't see a thing for 48 hrs (not that I really want to see it anyway).  Just wondering if re-excision was more painful for anyone else.
