Advice on Supa Boost Sea Minerals

Hi, I don't usually post here - I am a 'living with stage 4 a'. So many well meaning people tell you about miracle supplements, some I've tried like the Ambratose and also the Barley Green. All wonderful products I am sure. Some are sold on the party system and on commission, which I am not keen on. ie, buy 2 get one free.
I've a friend who has a friend, (know where I am going), who's cancer is 'cured'. It's probably in remission as she's just completed chemo and rads, and this wonderful supplement has 'cured' her. Well, I feel obliged to research it and wondered if any of you have heard of Supa Boost Sea Minerals ?
