What did the red area onyour breast look like

Hi everyone.  I am new here and have a question.  What did the red area on y our breast look like?  I have a red area on my breast but when you examine it closely it looks like a bunch of tiny red blood vessels.  I have an appointment with my dr but am getting really worried after reading everything about IBC.  I have no thickening of the skin, breast swelling, warmth or anything.  I do have PCOS and hair on my breast.  I tend to pluck or pull the hair as it drives me crazy.  Last time I used an electric razor and this spot appeared sometime after.

Mine wasn't actually red at all. Still isn't. Occasionally it almost looks pinkish sort of, but only ever so slightly -- my only "classic" IBC presentation is the "orange peel skin," but that covers most of that breast by now. My nipple was inverted earlier on, but it "came back out" again, only it looks all distorted. My breast never swelled or felt warm either.

My guess would be you had a reaction to the electric razor, but get it checked anyway.  Tami
