    Speaking of passports..we just used our new credit card size passport cards to reenter the US from Canada..they do work...

    Am I too late?

    I missed the whole duct tape fashion extravaganza, but can chime in with some clever goats.

    I took this picture a couple days back. This is right in the center of our little village on the thru street. These are the goats that live on the roof of our Scandanavian restaurant.

    It's an enormous tourist attraction.

    Of all the goats-on-the-roof pics I've taken, this is the first to capture one in the act of kicking up his heels.

    I think you should all escape to join me..... you don't need a passport & we have a hardware store, so if you run out of duct tape, I think it'll be fine.

    Off to ride my bike. Twill cross the 200 mile threshold, if all goes according to plan.

    (Now that's a REAL escape!!)

    Let's all join Faithie today on her bike ride. Wouldn't that be a blast. Of course, mine would need a motor. Don't think I could go,,,,,,,,,,,well......maybe .2 of a mile before I'd be huffing and puffing.....or maybe I could bring my 4-wheeler.......everybody tie on and I could pull you all.......like a big parade.....LOL

    Hope you Escapees have a wondermous day!! It's Saturday.......the day after Friday and the day before Sunday.....LOL..........gonna be 99 degrees here today.......uugghhhhhh......that means I won't be stepping outta the house.

    May try a little duct tape craft or two.......I really liked the purse and dress above. Could fix one up for church tomorrow. You know, they do have other colors of duct tape.........maybe I'll try red.

    I couldn't find a pic of them (don't think they are there any more) but there is a place in Stewiacke, Nova Scotia by the TransCanada Highway that used to have goats on the roof.

    hehe.....Jo, whenever I think of the side car.....I ALWAYS think of Barney Fife on the Andy Griffith show. There was an episode of that once. It was hilarious!

    Sharon....where did you find the goats in the trees? I thought that was so funny. Was it for real? Do goats REALLY climb trees? How are you today my sweet Canadian friend?

    OK.....now I know ya'll are getting tired of hearing about duct tape, but I remember a few years back it made the news. A couple made their prom dress and suit out of duct tape....

    THEY ARE RECALLING RUBBER DUCKIES.  How can we tell our children about "Put down the duckie" if they never had one?  Remember that song on the Muppets... Ya gotta put down the duckie to play the saxophone.  It had all the famous people that had ever been on the show and a few others to boot.  We have it on tape somewhere.  Right now at 3 Nathan can tell the difference between the Stratacastor and the Telecastor... which is better than me... I just refer to them as the twins (guitars).  The other day, the daughters were dividing up the guitars if David kicked the bucket.  And I said, if he goes first, Im having a bonfire!  David choked on his coffee.

    I can't wait to tell you the third chapter of the "Escape" sailboat story, that unfolded today.

    This is just getting nuttier by the chapter.

    Must wait for pics to download.

    Stay tuned for a funny nighty-night story, later tonight.

    (May have to wait till tomorrow night. Cuz we're riding the motorcycle down to Fyr Bal -- scandanavian for bonfire.) There's fireworks after the traditional lighting of the bonfires.

    First Off Faith Happy Bonefires.....& It's PAGE 90!!!!!

    Well as some of you Might of Read that my Escape was So NOT the Paradise I had thought it might be!!!! LOL!!! It Was Darn Rootin Tootin Cold....For June on the Beach! Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!. Rain, Wind & Neighbors with Attitudes!!!!! Oh did I mention that I found out Our Yappy Dogs on the Trip Were PMSing!!! They were in HEAT while we were Freezing......This Wonderful Camper FORGOT to pack clothes for Cool Weather!!!!! Oh Well We survived!!!! In Fact I was surprized I kept my Cool through it all.....FOR the most part!!!! Tongue out

    Barbe.....No TestyRone Crossed my Path!!!! Te He He!!!!

    Dream.....I Remember that Song......I will try & find it!!!!

    When I have time I will go Back a Few Pages to Find the Rest of You Alls ShinanyGins! I'm Sure You Wuz Having a Blast!!!!
