Ready for my morning walk. My neighbor puts a leash on me & walks me REALLY fast around our little neighborhood. We yak faster than we can walk. So it's all a great escape!!
Thanks Coonie, for honoring our Bed & Breakfast get-away. We'll take pictures if the weather cooperates!!

SHARON, MY ASSININE COMMENT WAS FOR THE PICTURE OF ALL THE BUTTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE WERE ALL MAKING BUM PUNS AND A WHOLE BUNCH OF PAGES WENT IN BEFORE MY POST. (Maybe I had to read another page....?)
I, too, don't know all the short forms for the states.
-
Good morning Escapees.

payed for it on Tues. and Wed. eek!
Funny...lol about your "fast" walk around the neighborhood! Made me smile Faith.
Coonie...just sent you a PM...

OH HOW I NEED AN ESCAPE.....& THEN SOME!!!!
My 20 year old was admitted to the Hospital with appendicitis last night & opperated on in the Wee Hours of the Morn. While the Dr's were in there they removed the Duplicate cyst they found in the Fall. I am so Hoping none of this has to do with Crohns disease as our oldest son was diagnosed in his sencond year of college....this son is finishing his second year of college also. He has been having stomach issues for a while & we are supposed to do further testing soon to see if he is going to have the same DX as his older brother.
SO WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS!!!!!!
I know he will be fine & I found out he is doing well after the Surgery & should be in his room soon out of recovery.
Ahhhhhh ESCAPE!!!!!
Waving Hi to All!
-
Escaping.......I GOT A POCKET FULL & WILL GLADLY SHARE!!!!!
-
Julz Sorry to hear about your son but glad they caught it in time. Prayers going out to your entire family!
-
Oh gosh Julz. Gentle hugs. What a time you've had. I hope your son's recovery is uneventful.
Edit to add, here's a place for some peace and quiet.
-
((((((((((((Julz)))))))) praying for you and your son today!!! Bless your heart! Keep us posted, ok?
Sharon's post looks like a beautiful place to sit and dangle our feet for awhile today:)
-
Yes it does.....
Thanks Sharon....
Thanks Coonie.....
I think instead of sticking my Head in the Sand I'll stick it in the Ocean.....
That way I can get a Fish Eye View.....to Make my Escape.....Do me a Favor make sure the Fish Don't chew on the Dental Floss.....It could cause them All to Escape Real Quick from the Shock of the Site! LOL!
Gotta keep the Humor or I will go Stir Crazy!!!!!
-
So sorry to hear about your son Julz...hope he recovers quickly...((((((hugs)))))))))))))
-
Is it only me who has noticed Julz has a very attractive butt? Oh oh, here we go again........
.
Coonie, Julz needs peace and quiet.......you and I wouldn't be permitted to go would we?
-
PEACE AND QUIET..........PEACE AND QUIET did you say???!!! You do know that all caps means I'm hollering:) hehe....no....I don't thinnk we would be permitted.....especially with our dogguses
-
Oh my goodness JO!!! It sounds like everything is happening all at once, huh? I'm sorry about your dad. It's hard, I know. I always feel guilty when I go out of town. Even though my mom still lives at home and my siblings are near her, I still worry about her. Wish I could take her everywhere I go, but she's pretty stubborn and wouldn't want to leave the house. So glad your granddaughter is ok.........physically! But bless her heart..........three kids 2 and under.........I would be pulling my hair out!!! She's got her hands full. hehe.....it DOES sound like someone needs to get SOMETHING done:)
Hope you have a great day!
-
Jo, thank God your granddaughter's thyroid was B9!! Finally some good news!
-
All good news, and JO, love the travel agent thing...hehhehehee
-
Good news is right Jo - phew!
-
Julz - sorry to hear about your son.... but, boy do you have a good lookin butt
-
Checkum LOL!!!

Did I see SAINT's gonna join us on an escape??
She plans the best escapes. We spent an entire day together in the Chicago Art Museum. Talk about escape. We were in pig heaven.
I know this is gonna shock those of you who know me, even the slightest bit.... BUT I've been working on tent decorations: flag/pennants. What a perfect activity for a rainy afternoon. I'll see if I can get 'er done & take some pics tonight.
Must go sit on da babeez tonight.... DD going to a moms-of-multiples shindig. WB will supervise, I'm sure.
-
Tent decorationS???? Man, I'm agonizing over just one.
Yes, I think Saint came marching in. But she's got a new kitty and may be napping inbetween feedings.
-
ooooohhhh Faith & Sharon.... I am excited about this.... I think it will be cool cool cool ....
even if it is a bannana Sharon!
-
Oh dear.........rememeber Checkum I can't sew and am not artistic. But.........I'll get something off to you even if it's just the materials and you have to put it together yourself. Oh my, now THAT'S a good idea.
-
Lucky for you we can't send produce over the border..........that includes bananas.
-
I can vouch for the fact that they do let nuts across
