My mom has stage 4 and is pretty weak. Could this be an option?

She just received gamma knife yesterday on a quarter sized lesion of her brain.

It is a weaker chemo given with insulin, but if your mom is being told by her doctor that they feel they can't really help her at this point...this could be a maintenance drug to give her quality of life.  Should could possible do this and wait a few months and move back to another chemo after building up strength.  I do know someone doing it but with a small met. I would call a clinic that does this and ask what they think.  They will normally tell you over the phone.  I hope the Gamma knife takes care of the brain met.
