Vitamin B Complex

Hi all.  I've not posted on this thread 'til now.  I am in the process of restocking my vitamins and noted that I am running out of Vitamin B complex.  I am Stage IV and was wondering if taking one daily 100 mg. Vitamin B complex tab was okay?  Too much info on googling, but it seems as if there is no contraindication in taking a Vitamin B complex tab daily.

Do you agree that it's okay to take if one has Stage IV BC?

Is 100 mg. daily okay?

I'd really appreciate any help regarding this subject.  I just did chemo yesterday and have no energy to search through archives.  Please forgive me if this topic has already been discussed.  I do look forward to reading through posts on this forum when I have a bit more energy!  I've had mets for nearly 8 years and I haven't one considered complementary treatment, but I'm developing an urge!  Thanks so very much.  Take care....    Judi

It ok to take. Most of us stage iv take this to help with neuropathy from so much chemo.  We also take Acetyl L Carnitine for the same reason.
