Reaccurance after tram flap surgery

Boy it has been a LONG while, since I have been here... Iam almost a 5 year survivor, having had bi-lateral mastectomy with reconstruction some years later.. I have a tram flap on tumor side and gel implant on the other..I have recently found a lump on my tram flap side just about the same place I had the original tumor.. treatment was radical.. with mastectomy and chemo.. sentinel node negative. But my Mom and Grandmother both had breast cancer .. reason for aggressive treatment. I have an appt to see my oncologist on the 16th.. my question is has anyone else here gotten a reaccurance on their tram flap side??? Mine is on the fatty side under the arm where I know they left breast tissue due to an ugly mastectomy.. long story!  Just wondering how common this is??
