Ki-67 & Oncotype

I'm still looking for someone else who has had a high Ki-67 and then had oncotypeDX. I am curious to know if having a high Ki-67 (mine was 53%) will automatically mean a high score on oncotype. My insurance is balking on paying for oncotype, so I am just wondering if it is really necessary since I figure it will be high. Whether or not to have chemo is what is in question.
