Pathology report confusion - help!

I finally have the pathology report back after waiting 3 1/2 weeks.  The report does not say anything about stage, grade, HER, positive, negative, etc.  From what I have read all of this is supposed to be on the report.  It is more of a paragraph format with a lot of: although, some, difficult to be certain, frankly, and howevers.

Who should I ask to get this information or does this mean that it was never done?

Thank you to all who respond.  So far, this has been a very frustrating and scary experience which I have no experience with.

Trying to be patient but I have a lot of unanswered questions!

    Call your breast surgeon tomorrow morning and get your info.   Perhaps there was an addendum to the report that didn't get sent to you?   After waiting 3 1/2 weeks, you have a right to know what you're dealing with.
