The wonderful folks at Gay USA sent this link http://www.calchannel.com/ to watch the Prop H8 appeals tomorrow (March 5th) they begin at 9:00 am PST . The website looks official so  I bet they'll just have a still camera and not coverage of the rallies in our favor outside! I'm so excited. I wish I could be at the court house with rainbow flag!

I think it takes 90 days after the supreme court meets for H8 to be overturned. I feel very optimistic about this!

    I am optimistic about this being overturned also. I think it is just a matter of time before all states will legally be required to marry gay couples. I want my friends to have the same opportunities that I have as a straight woman.

    I only got to listen to about 45 minutes of the hearing, the site went down after that. I feel hopeful that the judges will do the right thing and reinstate our marriage rights. Some of the pro marriage signs made me smile. One said, "How would you like it if we had the right to vote against your marriage."

    This overturning of H8 means so much to so many. Keeping it means nothing to those who personally want the ammendment in place.
