Holland America cruise lines Breast cancer walk

I just got back from a cruise with Holland America and to my surprise they were having a fund raiser call "on deck for the cure"  in support of Breast Cancer. They do a walk every week on every cruise ship, this has been going on for the last 3 years and to date Holland America line has raised over 1 million dollars. This is in support for Susan G. Komen foundation. They have a min donation of $15 with $3.75 to cover a t-shirt and bracelet, the rest going totally to Breast Cancer. Plus the service and food was great!!!!! I certainly will be going with Holland America again

Awesome!! I've never been on a cruise and have been thinking about Alaska.  I will certainly keep Holland America in mind.  Thanks for the info!

I have been supporting breast cancer for the last few years now.
I work as an Internet Marketing Manager & 2 years ago I convinced my company to create gifts for Breast Cancer Awareness. We donate a portion of all the Cancer Awareness Gifts we sell to charity. to date we have raised more than 15,000 in donations. I know this is not much however I feel our company could donate much more if we were to get connected with some of the big organizations.  does anyone know how I can get the attention of some these big companies?
