Radiation after Mastectomy and Reconstruction

I have had bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction, on Jan. 13, 2009, and now am on chemotherapy. My chemo is Taxotere, Carbo and Herceptin. My margins on the deep side of left mastectomy were only 1.5 mm. Will it mess up the reconstruction on that side if they say radiation? Has anyone had radiation after reconstruction?
