What else could it be?!?!?!?

I was diagnosed with PILC in the left breast, June 2007. Had two breast MRIs that showed the right side to be fine. I've since switched oncologists and imaging facilities, and just had my annual breast MRI on Monday. This MRI found an area of enhancement on the right side (the side that's been fine), about .5 cm all around, indeterminate in nature. They gave it a BIRADS4a, and I'm going for a biopsy next week.

If it's not a new primary, what the heck could it be? Do benign finding pop up out of nowhere?

I'm on Tamoxifen, but I have a sinking feeling that this could be a new triple negative primary.

Take a deep breath...try not to think the worst!!!!! I know, I know, thats easier said than done......yes a lump can be just that, a lump of nothing, but after having bc already its hard to comprehend that it could be something else.

I had a bad mammo 3 months out of treatment that set my world into a tail spin immediately....had surgical biopsy as I didnt want it left in there no matter what it was....turned out to be atypical hyper something or other....but it was completely b-9....

Hang in there....we all know the waiting is the worse part......
