IDC in right Breast 2.7cm, HER2+, ER+ age:32 -- Just diagnosed

Hi,

 I have been diagnosed a breast cancer IDC in right breast with HER2+, grade 2, ER+ no lymph node involved. I am 32 years old married 4 years ago. All other tests seems to be negative. Still Oncologist want PET scan to make sure.

I was also suggested to do take hormones for 2 weeks and so that my eggs can be taken and with the sperm from my husband make a zygot and freeze this. Because after Camo, my fertility will be negligible. But my Oncologist is worried since my cancer is homonal sensitive so this can make the cancer metastates...

I am also agreeing on this although research is not definite on this yet, chances are 20- 30% (which is a lot).

First of all, please help me in uderstanding that how much curable is this ?

second, do any of you have the situation like me and have had egg taken out before camo ?
