The Orchestra was great. Violins, Cello's, Base Violin and piano. As I was signing in my Dad came around the corner and said, "Hey good lookin♥" He was glad to see me, even though I told him I was coming, but he forgot. Oh well, Dementia will do that. I almost SLAP SLAP BAM BAM a lady sitting in front of us, when my Dad wispered to me she would shush us, the BIACH!
My DD took up field hockey when she was in school, I'm glad I don't have to do that anymore.
-
Glad you had fun with your dad!
-
Deb...I see you're really started to enjoy the slap & Bam. Was it yesterday you mentioned you didn't have anybody to do it. And you are already up to 2. Now you are becoming a very experience slap-per.
Linda You sound tired! now I'm a psychic! lol
kbug my friend what are you doing?
-
OMG!! You are a psychic!! I am exhausted!
Did you have a good day?
Kbug, where are you?? Maybe she's having a tea party!
-
Most of the time I can tell if the person is real or fake. This time I felt it when I was reading it was almost like you were trying to write these words but your fingers didn't want too.
OMG this is scary I don't want to see dead people. Okay lets talk about something else.
I chopped, peeled , mixed and cooked. Then I ended up with lots of dirty dishes. Made myself a little steak, was good. And its nice and cozy here. Today I don't look like I'm in Alaskan Wilderness.
-
I watched lots of cartoons with Jordan. We also played go fish. lol She went to sleep a lilttle bit ago.
I want to SLAP.lol
-
Who is the lucky person?
-
My hubby just because.
Next person that peed in my corn flakes is the atheist post.
-
I love to play go fish with my kids.......they just don't want to play that game with me any more!
Steak sounds good. Hope you enjoyed!
-

See you all later.
-

-
It is sunny and warm here now. Jordan and me went to sunday school and church.
Enjoy the day...
-
Spring revisited. What a day! It actually puts me in a good mood.
Took a nice walk enjoying the last roses in peoples yard. I did little shopping because had my shopping cart with me. Aaaaaand bought some gold fish for tonight's snack and absolutely no quilt lalalalalala.
Now its dark but still warm. And didn't have the urge to Slap anyone either. Tomorrow is another day lol
-
Absolutely beautiful today!!
Enjoy the gold fish. Are the chocolate covered??
-
You mean as a no quilty food? Yes everything is covered today until midnight.
-
Excellent. I had scallops for dinner, I should have covered them!
-
Oh I also got store baked pumpkin pie but I have never seen this before they have half pies which is perfect. If I decide to finish it I can, anyway will be gone by tomorrow.
Kbuuuuug are you back from dropping Jordan yet?
-
I see the half pies all the time at the supermarket. Of course I always go for the whole pie! I stopped in to Stop and Shop (supermarket) today to get scallops. When I got home, DH asked me if I picked up a pecan pie! I wish I had!!
Enjoy your pie.
How are you today, Kbug?
-
I didn't know Stop &shop was a big chain. Do you have A&P supermarket?
Usually I don't go the Bakery Section now I know if I want a piece ( half ) lol can get it. Next week will look at Pecan Pie thats my favor because its reach fills you up you don't have to have half.
Now I sing lalalalalalala
Kbug are going to join me? I'm waiting.
-
When I was a kid, we had and A&P near our house on Cape Cod. I remember that market. Haven't seen one in years. Do you have STop n SHop. Maybe it's a New England thing.
lalalallaalalalllalalaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hugs Kbug! Hope your Okay.
-
Stop & Shop are everywhere. in my town only there are two of them 1 perfectly walking distance either I go there or A&P again walking distance.
-
I just love the plain ol cheddar gold fish.
I have a Stop and Shop just down the street from me and also Market Basket. 2 other M.B. are within 10 min driving distance.
There are a bunch of police cars with their lights on near my house to block off the road, huge trucks and back hoes. A water main broke in the middle of the road, I must be on a different line I am not having any problem with my water or the pressure.
I dried mint, fennel and dill awhile back so today prepared the mint for mint tea and put the fennel seeds and dill seeds in baggies. I just had some Hot Mulled Cider, DELISH.
-
I would like to go for a bike ride with my DD some time soon, they just finished section 1 and 2 of the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail, it is all paved and fenced off. No motor vehicles are allowed of any kind. I bought a bike for 5 dollars at a yard sale.
-
I love mint tea. Sometimes people gave it to me. What I understand they grow like weeds.
Now I use the ready mint packets . Dill I always find it at the vegetable store year around Love it in my Turkey meat loaf and in most veggies I cook.
I have Gold fish and half a pie. You have fresh dried mint tea. We can have a mini party.
What do you have Linda?
Kbuuuuuuug Im losing my voice . Where are you? Is everything okay?
-
Mint is very invasive you should plant it in raised beds of their own. The plants I have are down in my hollow of my yard and it is quite a large patch of mint. Lemon balm is mixed in with it also. I planted Anise Hyssop's, sage, sweet marjoram, lemon balm, garlic chives, lavendar, tarragon and something else the name slips my mind right now it has a celery flavor to the leaves.
