Thank you Chris - I think I will have immediate results as in the past.  Unless there is need for biopsy which I don't anticipate.

I am making OCF tonight.  Tika Masala Chicken, Stir Fried Broccoli and Cauliflower, and a Spicy Eggplant/Pork dish with brown rice.  YUM.   I cooked a lot tonight because DH and I will not be home tomorrow night so I can leave food.

Mmmm - chocolatey treats.  I had some chocolately treats today.  DD's friend is a Girl Scout and had extra cookies to sell - so of course I had to buy some.  DD, DS, and I scarfed down a box and a half when we got home with them!  Oink!  And I wonder why my scale is giving me nasty numbers lately!   Did the elliptical - almost an hour - still resistance level 4 (of 10) slow, but steady.  4 miles, 500+ calories - allegedly.  And I need every one after all those cookies I ate.

My Dad had a hard night last night breathing.  He also was very confused.  I saw him tonight after work, he still is having shortness of breath.  Coughing up a lot of lung junk.  YUK!  I think his PCP is a piece of shit!  He needs specialists.
