Thinking Out Loud.....

I cant turn the heat down I can only shut it then I will freeze.
Kitchen window is open until I go to bed.
Do you think its heat related?
-
I know when I go into a hot room, it triggers my hot flashes. You can't turn the heat down?????
-
sounds like night sweats to me too. I have them sometimes - not always. Oddly - usually the week I have my period - TMI. I wonder if it is hormone level-related. I wake up with the inside of my shirt all wet. So far I've been to lazy to change - just roll over and go back to sleep. Maybe they will stop when you stop the Femara.
-
We had rain off an on today, but not the big deluge they predicted.
Have you ever wrapped your Ag with Porscuitto and bbq'd or fried it? Yummy!
Had my physical today, and she wants me to have a colonoscopy now. Weeeeeeeeee! NOT!!!
-
Don't you guys have the hot flash pj's? I turn down the heat, put these babies on and all is good with the world again: http://www.sleepdrystaycool.com/Wildbleu_Blossom_Hot_Flash_Sleep_Tee_p/wb-blossomsleeptee.htm
-
She is wetting the bed but does not want us to know, LOLOLOL.
I keep my house at 66 to 68. I will put the electric blanket on just to warm the bed then shut it off. If the house is too warm and dry, my nose bleeds just a little when I blow it in the morning.
-
Exactly Deb! I mean about the nosebleeds.
-
I can't wear those pj's. I can only wear next to nothing to bed which is good for DH but kinds awkward when the boys walk in. lol. That will teach them to knock!
My night sweats and hot flashes are definitley hormone related/period related. They get worse right before my period.
Yes meece, I wrap AG with Italian ham and a dab of pub cheese and bake the. They make great appeys!
-
Proscuitto ad asparagus is yum, but I use parmesan...
Those pj's come in camies and thongs....maybe that would work for you
or for DH
-
Yes, I have had AG wrapped in Porscuitto, love it.
Colonoscopy joke: "Could you write a note for my wife saying that my head is not up there."
-
LOL!!
-
Deb...LOL hahahahaha that will happen one day too.
I dont have a thermostat either its on or off.
^^ degree I cry from misery.
They are not hot flashes I dont have them during the day.
I never had them except the first 6 months of my femara
-
-
now I have to make the bacon tomorrow morning....good night and I took pills in prep for the colonospy, lol
-
What pills did you take?
-
Good morning from sunny NY.
Im getting busy today.
Hugs
-
Seyla - you know, the phrase "getting busy" has multiple meanings and I am not sure which you mean....:) Something else for you to google. Or you can check it out on urban dictionary here.

Wow, Deb...did we really want to know that?
-
