Thinking Out Loud.....

My son complained about his knees and legs hurting at about 13. Then he got real tall!
Chris, I used to iron them on first and then sew them. I was always sewing them crooked too.
Sheila,
I hope you are not getting sick. I would like to see your mood up to a 9 by tomorrow. Have a glass of wine, it kills all the germs in your body.
-
5 inches in 3 months! Whoa. No wonder their knees hurt. I wish my son would grow 5 inches. I'm afraid he got the short genes. He turned 14 in Sept and is only 5' 4" or so. He's got a ways to go. He's quite happy to be taller than me though. He's always coming up to me and measuring. He'll have to use his sister as a benchmark next. She's 5' 6 1/2".
I was going to pin the patch, but when I finally jammed the pin through the thick patch - it was crooked! I'll ask my DH if they sell the iron on ones at our scout shop. That system sounds good.
Some wine sounds good. I've got some irritating post nasal drip going on. I'm hoping it's from all the dirt and leaf stuff I kicked up yesterday doing the leaves and not a cold. Maybe once my DD is home from band I'll have a little wine. Can't get liquored up until all the kids are home from their activities!
-
LOL, Chris, that's a good rule!
-
That's smart chris after all if you need to go to picked them up so you are not labeled as Mother who drinks lol
I have a bottle from last week I didn't open it yet. Maybe I have a glass or 2.
Linda mood #3 was based on 1-5. So 3 is right in the middle.
I had my AG they were sooo good.
Don't they call that growing pains?
-
Yes they do call it growing pains. I think they are also a pain when they are growing. JK,, I love them dearly!
Glad your scale was only 1-5, that's makes the 3 a whole lot better.
I had really really thin AG tonight. YUM!
-
Phew. I was afraid it was a 3 out of 10.
LOL - growing pains - never thought of it that way - that they are the pain!
I did not have AG. I had french fries and wine. I am a health nut after all. At least I skipped the quarter pounder I would have had otherwise... If I'm hungry later, I'll have some cereal.
-
I exhausted, Woke up at 5 but really didn't have to get up until 6, couldn't fall back to sleep thinking and thinking. Arrived at the MRI place at 7:35 in Woburn finished at 8:50 got to work in Westford at 9:35. Damn GPS wanted to take me on 95 that's a nightmare going north and south, when I wanted to go via 93. I was yelling at it, "I DON'T WANT TO GO 95, recalculating recalculating. LOL
-
Cheerio's my favorite.

She was the one who welcomed me in her thread when i first came on these boards.
I feel so bad I dont know what to say.

Re: PauldingMom - omg - I am so sick of this f-ing disease. I'm a July Jedi Jug-A-Naut from '09 too. I saw some of her recent posts and was concerned. Thank you for letting us know - I hadn't heard the latest. (string of deleted expletives...)
-
chris...That makes us sisters Triple J's. I don't remember you from there again so many women and this *&*%&*&*&*** Disease.
SLAP slap slap and Slap again.
-
SLAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good morning!
-
I posted only rarely - others seem to have more knowledge than I do, so I let them post rather than posting my measly 2 cents. I'm just so upset about PMom. Grrrr. SLAP! BAM!!!
-
I didn't mean to be a bad influence last night with my meal choice... I was just going to have cereal, but my DH offered me some of his fries... and my post nasal drip is gone - maybe the wine helped - LOL
-
Oh chris...If someone offered me food believe me I will inhale everything.
Sometimes Im glad I dont have a car, everything is walking distance but Im not walking to CVS at midnight to get some chocolate.I didnt have the wine last night.
SLAAAAAP BAM BAM
Good Afternoon everyone.
-
I have nothing in walking distance, nothing in my home town. I have to make a trip to a neighboring town if I want something. No one delivers to my town either. It's annoying but sometimes at midnight when I want food, I am glad we have nothing!
-
I found an email from DD. They arrived to Ireland safely.
Weekend is here. I have nothing to munch on except 100 calories popcorn. I love them but i need something sweet and bag of nacho chips
-
I'm still thinking of the french fries!
-
You are right.
I can just put them in the oven. I need to get a small bottle of ketchup.
I also want crisp fried fish.
Cheese cake, Gorgonzola cheese with some brie, Fresh mozzarella with tomatoes ( Dont remember whats called)
Eggplant in rich cheese, fried zucchini with some type of sauce.
I want hot dog with my FF.
And a big carvel cake to celebrate...........
