DH and I have eaten over a quart of it since Sunday!

Sheila, ceviche is fresh vegies, usually cucumber, onion, tomato, (I add Bell peppers), cilantro and other seaonings.   And the seafood, shrip, crab, clam is "cooked" using the juice from lemons or limes, then added to the vegies. Serve it cold on tortilla chips or even on cucumber slices.

Meece after going to Linda's pool and stopping by to see Deb's beautiful garden, we all jump in my jet and visit you. You can show us your nursery and make some caviche for us.

Enjoy your coffee.  Weather is the same here.  It's only 83 right now due to cloud cover.  Looks like rain will move in later.

Ahh, the aroma of diet pepsi!

Oh the feeling of throwing out all the toiletries and other things that was left behind.

Everytime I asked Christine she used to tell me "Ma they are still good keep them".

some of the things go back as far as 3 years. they might be good but if not used than its no good.

Can you see me how happy I am.

Right now it is a hole in the ground about 12 inches deep.  That is about 1/6 of what we are hoping for.  The soild has been so compacted that we are having to soak it for days to get through a layer.  I am using it as exercise.  I could blow away in the wind after it's finished!

Are you going to put Koi in the pond?  I wish my tomatoes would hurry up and ripen.  I have a lot of Basil but no tomatoes.  Love Tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese salad with Balsamic Vinegar.  I cut some Tarragon and Lemon Balm and brewed some tea, chilled it for ice tea.  YUM
