I am going through old pics, which is fun.
What are you doing?
-
hahahahahahahaha you are funny. Maybe we can find more words with VD initials.
VD=Very domesticated
VD=Very dark
Im not really doing anything. I would love to have a box of creamy imported expensive dark chocolate...........Dreaming is very Healthy lol
What are your plans?
-
Not much planned today DH is going to hook up the HD (high def box) to our TV so we can get the channels that we had before. Comcast makes you install the digital box if you don't certain channels that you were getting you can't get anymore without this equipment. What a monopoly.
When Verizon fios comes in my area I probably will switch to them probably will be cheaper in the long run.
-
I hate all this HD TV stuff. The only time I enjoy watching my big TV is when I place dvd's of concerts that I bought. I do that alot with the kids, they love it too. We have a 65 inch TV so it makes it look really good. We have a surround sound system so the sound is awesome and very very loud.
I had comcast, loved them, got Fios, and I don't like them as much. Too many choices. Quite expensive too. Last month our bill for FIOS (TV, internet and phone) was 175.00. DH got on the phone and got us some credits. Fios always over charges too, like every month!
VD Virtual diet
Can't think of another............
-
We have optimum and Fios.
The first year even as an existing customer they had the deal $29.95 each for internet TV and phone. One good thing there is no tax on internet and Telephone
After ayear the promotion expired. Now I pay $140.00 with the DVR which is $9.99 extra but I tape alot so its worth it.
Fios is more expensive but if you have a power outage the phone still works.
With Optimum I loose everything. Which we do not get power outages where I am.
-
With Verizon I have internet and phone, TV is Comcast. Both bills combined equal $161.00. Time to think of cheaper options. All we have for Comcast is Expanded Basic.
-
I use the internet daily and nightly which is worth every penny.
TV, I dont really watch except my shows.
Telephone is worth it includes Canada and free 411 info.
If I take one thing out from the package then something else will be raised because I wouldnt have all 3 from Optimum.
Im not even thinking anymore. I accept 140.00.
-
OK, NOW I FEEL TOTALLY (((((((WRAPPED IN ANGEL HUGS))))))))))! SV

Dinner time. I'm cooking swordfish for me, steak tip for DH and chicken for kids. I can't wait till I can cook one dinner for everyone, but then I would never get to eat seafood! I am the only one who likes it.
♥♥♥♥♥♥
Did you do anything fun today???
-
I did absolutely NOTHING today. Just relaxed, only went outside to get the paper which was at the end of the driveway, lazy paper person, SLAM SLAP BAM! It use to be by the back door.
I cooked London Broil potatoes mixed veggies and pop overs.
-
I love popovers! I will have to find my popover pans and make some!
I get the Boston Globe. If it is not delivered on my front door step, then I do not pay for it. I toild them years ago that would be the case so I call when they get lazy. It works out well for me! I have a very long driveway and don't want to have to get dressed to get my paper.
-
I took a longer walk today, was little warmer than yesterday.
I could even have walk more but it got boring all by myself.
Natalie staying here tonight. Her place is almost ready, painted, tomorrow her father will put the carpet down. Even her furniture might be moved tomorrow. Today She got a new bed.
I'm glad she will have her own place. She doesn't have to buy anything because when they decided to move in together, my DD bought all new furniture. So they are her stuff. Well what can I say except "Everything happens for a reason"
We had Chinese. Can you smell it? I ate just enough, I think my stomach shrank.
-
I wish my stomach would shrink!
I'm glad Natalies apt is coming along. She is lucky to have such caring parents.
I did not walk today. It was SOOOOOO windy out, the wind was whipping the sand on the streets. It was not pretty. I will have to make up for it tomorrow.
-
i want to buy a pedometer, nothing expensive the one it shows how many calories you burned. and the mileage of course. This way If I want to eat some gold fish I know how many miles it takes to burn the calories.
You are thinking I'm getting obsessed with this but after 10 pounds I didn't loose another ounce.
Natalie was staying with her BGF and her boy friend, it was her choice and I know you need to talk to your friends who can understand you. Tonight she feels doesn't belong there being Valentines Day. They are friends since they were 6th grade
-
That's great that she is still close to her 6th grade friend. They are both so lucky! I'm sure you are enjoying the time with her. Have fun!
I have a pedometer but it does not tell me the calories burned, it only tells me the amount of steps I took. It would be great if it said: "Congrats, you took ten thousand steps, you may now enjoy 1 bag of goldfish!"
-
Maybe the one shows calorie burned is too expensive.
I had a very cheap one like $3.00 it showed the steps and the miles.
So you want a talking pedometer! lol
-
Go on Ebay, you will find one there.
-
There is a talking one too
-
DH brings them home from work for me all the time. Every time they have a health fair, they give them away. I like yours better.
-
When I decided to by Pfaltzgraft dishes I pick out the pattern called Garden Grove and of course the pattern was discontinued, so when I need to replace a piece I can find it on Ebay.
-
Talking pedometer hahahahaha
-
I think we were posting all the same time.
-
Ebay is great for that kind of stuff! I love ebay.
-
I didnt purchase anything from ebay
-
I've bought and sold many things on ebay. I love it.
