Waiting for some good news

Hello all,

I was recently diagnosed with IBC, underlying tumor approx. 4 cm.  I finally got back the specifics:

ER+ PR+ HER+

PET came back with mutliple lesions on my lungs and a spot on my liver. 

I was supposed to start chemo today, but  we just got the PET results and my dr has now shifted from hoping to cure to containment.  I'm to start a combo of taxil or taxitere ? and hepectin (I probably spelled those incorrectly.) 

In short, just what the heck kind of prognosis do I have?

I know noone can truly answer that.  I'm just so beaten down, every time I go in to the drs. with the positive attitude everyone tells me to have, I get zonked with more bad news.

Adriamycin and Cytoxan were my original drugs...went today for my first treatment, when I got hit with the results of the PET scan.  

I just dont feel very positive right now, I thought I was the entire time, staying strong, and yet, I feel I never get any better news.

I do have a wonderful social worker from a state site helping me through this, and I'm very thankful...I just wish I could pull out some hope.
