A very scenic drive in my state is.....

Ocean Parkway, on the South Shore of Long Island. The area from Jones Beach to Robert Moses Beach is literally breath taking. You have a perfect view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beaches to your south, and all of the bays. and beach houses to your north.

go down to Springfield, Illinois and tour the Abraham Lincoln interactive museum, his Presidental library, his home, the old state house, his law office, his tomb and New Salem where he lived as a young man. Can you tell that I am a history nut?
