    When I was about 14 my parents took me to Mount Kosciuszko in the Snowy River (SE Ausralia) and we stayed in a B&B and I remember snuggling down deep in a down feather bed and being enveloped by the bedding and feeling soooo cozy.

    A happy childhood summer memory is........

    I guess it would be soup.  DH is the cook in this house and the only time I can cook anything by myself is when he's not home so when he's gone I'll throw a pot of soup on and it is always good.

    an F5 tornado tore through our town, mom, me, little sister and brother rode, then walked as far as we could into town to try and find dad.  He survived, his business did not----was a long time before we all found ourselves back at home-----when I finally went to bed that night---I literally could not stop shaking.

    Italy...I would love the chance to live in another culture for a year or so but then I would like to return to Australia permanently....

    Hi WellWater, Arizona was very fun. Beautiful weather, and the friends we visited were great hosts; wined and dined and toured us all over the place. A good break!

    pretend------we were horses, superheros, tv show characters, explorers, etc---stayed outside for hours!

    Good old rock and roll.  It always makes me upbeat.  I enjoy other kinds of music but prefer RnR.

    Time to start planning summer.....one event I never miss is...............

    shoplifted.  I was with a couple of girlfriends who insisted we do it.  I got caught and can remember to this day the shame and humiliation I felt that day.  It was the last time.
