That goes for everybody......LOVE babies, just nothing like 'em:)
Kathleen!! It's so good to see you back. I'm gonna try to stay more connected myself. I've been pretty busy AND trying to channel my energy towards something other than breast cancer. But on this thread, it's so warm and fuzzy and cute and just makes me feel better:) And to tell ya the truth.........I just love my sistahs.............LOL.
Did ya'll hear about all the animals that were let loose from their cages in Ohio. They had to kill most all of them. That's SUCH a horrible story. I'm not sure what happened, but I think the owner of the "zoo" was found dead. Strange story. I hated to hear about the animals being killed, but I guess there was no other choice.
Sending you all big BIG hugs!!! It's great to see you all!!

I heard about the animals, too. Apparently the man was running a sanctuary type place, opened all the cages and killed himself. There has got to be a story behind that story.
-
NM is right ... unfortunately the authorities were not aware of the situation until there was only 1-1/2 hours of daylight left. Jack Hanna of the Columbus Zoo said it is impossible to hunt a wild animal at night. I guess they didn't have a choice - I can't imagine what the owner was thinking when he left the cages open. I don't think anyone wanted to kill the animals - just no choice. It is very sad.
WHERE IS EVERYBODY!
-
Coonie, been wondering where you are.
-
So sad about those beautiful animals but we can understand the panic the authorities were in.Too bad they couldn't have saved more than they did.

I call this camo bumbinos.
