    I'm 4 months post double mastectomy with lat dorsi and saline implants. I'm 5 weeks post revision reconstruction (saline to silicone). I trying to "run" (looks more like lurching) on the treadmill and doing OK. Today as I was "racing" along at a 12 minute mile, I was having terrible cramping in my chest where the boobs used to be.

    I guess I know the answer, but this can't be good, right? I'm so desparate to get back into shape and run, swim, ride. Has anyone experiencedd this pain before? What did, or didn't you do? Should I take this as a sign that I shouldn't be running?
