Hello Ladies

   I was at my sister in laws a few weeks ago, we were discussing my breast cancer, and she showed me something on her breast i have never seen before....This was a raised area, about an inch long, a little pinker then the rest of her skin, it was raised up like maybe a 1/8th of an inch....could this be ibc? I urged her to go the doctor to get it checked out but she has no insurance and ever since have been trying to find her funding......I'm worried to death about this.....I told her she can't mess around with this, and that if it were me, I'd be going and worrying about paying later....but what do you all think? I wish I could descibe it better.....
