Tests to detect cancer

I am five years from breast cancer diagnosis. I have been on Arimidex five years.

What tests are there that I can have now that can predict or pinpoint cancers now. ? Excluding MRI.

My question is what is out there that can help me to know if I am going to get a metastasis or a tumor?
